we’ll ground, breathe, move while breathing, lie in final resting and feel, then reflect together before a snack in the sensory garden.
this is just what the youngsters need, new tools to use in their very own tool chest to help navigate in a world of business and overwhelm.
45 minute long classes with a healthy snack because snacks + movement = LOVE!
add a private adult class and make it a mommy and me or better yet… add 2 adult classes and bring both mommy and daddy!
